Are you asking if the Add-In can search the body of emails for selected phrases? If that's your question, I would assume you are asking if you can search emails in a SharePoint document library that has been cached on the client by the Add-In. The answer is that you can find files by name (and will find emails in the same fashion) using Windowns Desktop Search since the Colligo cache stores emails directly on the file system, but it does not have the same capability as SharePoint search using an iFilter to search the body of an email. You would have to use SharePoint directly for that. Does that answer your question, or did I misunderstand?
